My experience was just absolutely great. I didn’t really know my bra size. And I’ve been wearing the incorrect size for more than a year. Needless to say I am very happy and I now know that I was wearing 3 sizes too small. Alexa was so helpful and understanding. And so patient with me. I ordered the incorrect size and bra and I sent a review saying that it was too tight and I think that I needed to return my 2 bras. Well, she responded the same day and helped me get into the correct size. I did NOT have to return them I donated the bras to someone and told them to let me know if they wanted to order more from the company. I am so happy that I ordered from Shapermint! I had my gallbladder removed several years ago and all of my wired bras dig into my incision so I would be very uncomfortable going out. My sports bras felt like I couldn’t breathe in them. That’s because those wear too small. My Bra Fairy had me measure my chest and it was magic! I now can breathe and wear a bra that doesn’t cause me pain. Thank you so much! I will order again very soon!!!!
