Your presence at every holiday gathering this holiday season is a present - but you already knew that ;) So how do you commit to being in the now and forming the most memorable moments with your loved ones? Read on to learn mindfulness tips & find gifts to help you stay present this season.

With the buzz of the holidays in full swing, we often let the present slip away. We rarely allow time to practice stillness and calm. In order to truly live in the moment, we need to shift our focus from putting so much stress on our futures and regret on our pasts, to the present.

Though our phones keep us connected to others, it also becomes a judgment zone where you judge others or even judge yourself in comparison. Whenever you can, put the phone down and observe your surroundings. Enjoy a moment of peace.

For example, leaving unfinished work tasks or an unpaid bill on your brain may distract you from living in the now. We suggest a few minutes of meditation and/or mindfulness between each new endeavor. It’ll make a huge difference.
