You’re one of our Brand Ambassadors, part of the Shapermint Crew! What inspired you to join the Crew?
I absolutely love supporting and working with brands that embrace body positivity. Shapermint items make me feel sexy and confident!
What do you enjoy most about being on the Crew?
I love seeing the content that other creators put together. It inspires me to get out there and try something new or go out of my comfort zone.
How do you want to shape change with us?
I want everyone to know that every body is beautiful.
How do you define body positivity?
It's loving yourself for who you are, even through the insecurities. No one is perfect but it’s so important that you love yourself.
Self-love is especially important. Do you have any particular rituals or routines that spark self-love?
I shop A LOT! Probably more than I should, but I love trying new styles that are out of my comfort zone. Other than that, I go to Disney parks and take in the magic.
We absolutely love the fact that you use social media as a liberating force to celebrate body positivity and other movers & shapers out there. Are there any women on social media who inspire you to be your best self?
I am always inspired by Sassyredlipstick & Iambeauticurve they have the most incredible sense of style and really embrace their bodies and their curves.
How important has stocking up on basics been to you during the quarantine?
I LIVE IN MY BASICS! I honestly can’t stop stocking up because I live in them every day. I just love being comfortable while working from home.
What are your top tips for breaking out of a fashion/style rut?
Find other creators that make you smile and see what they come up with, watch your favorite movie, go to your favorite photo spot and come up with new ideas.
What is your favorite Shapermint style? How do you like to style it?
I LIVE in all of my Shapermint leggings. I take them everywhere I go! I usually style it with a T-shirt and slides but if we get any cold Florida weather, I’ll be wearing them with sweaters.
