When I wore this shaper under my graduation dress, it helped smooth out all of my rolls. While I was putting it on it was a bit tight due to my thick thighs and big butt, but when I finally had it on , it was like I having on an protective layer of skin. I could breathe, bend, and twist. I love the part of latch for the crotch area which makes it easy access to use the bathroom.. Also, I love the remove able straps that go over my shoulders and secure everything in place. A nice bonus is that it helps a little with my posture, and the fabric doesn't roll around the thigh which is perfect!

I love the this piece as far as it’s compression all the way around. Because I was technically in between sizes M and L(size11). I went with medium because I really wanted that tight compression. My only problem is the butt area. Mind you I have no butt as it is I just feel like it flattens the little that I do have and it won’t stay put. It does that annoying thing where it starts to ride up like a wedgie and creasing the butt cheek so I agree with the ultra shaping but not the hip hugging. I am also 5’10” so could just be I have a longer torso which makes it ride up.
