You’re one of our Brand Ambassadors, part of the Shapermint Crew! What inspired you to join the Crew?
I was inspired to join the Crew for 2 reasons:
- I was in need of some good quality intimates and found that in Shapermint.
- I wanted to be a part of a bigger mission to help women feel comfortable in their skin and love their bodies, no matter what.
What do you enjoy most about being on the Crew?
I love that I align myself with a company that upholds the same value as me.
How do you want to shape change with us?
I want to be a part of a community that embraces women’s unique body shapes and sizes and promotes inclusivity.
How do you define body positivity?
Body positivity is finding some things you like or even love about your body and leaning into the love versus what you believe to be negative. - Cristin
How does Shapermint help you celebrate your shape?
Before I had kids I had a very small chest and so after having 2 kids I finally had curves! It was completely new for me, so having great quality intimates from Shapermint helped me celebrate my shape.
Self-love is especially important. Do you have any particular rituals or routines that spark self-love?
I love, love, love affirmations! Saying them out loud daily, especially during times when you aren’t feeling so great, can really change your mindset.
We absolutely love the fact that you use social media as a liberating force to celebrate body positivity and other movers & shapers out there. Are there any women on social media who inspire you to be your best self?

What is your favorite Shapermint essential? How do you like to style it?
My favorite Shapermint essential is the Truekind® Daily Comfort Wireless Shaper Bra. I wear it almost every day and it is SO comfortable and supportive! I love how it makes my chest look in tee shirts and fancy blouses too.
When was the last time you tried something new that you thought you couldn’t do? Can you share more?
Recently I went to a business networking group and I was able to share vulnerably that my business wasn’t thriving and that I was struggling. I needed to share my worries so that I could feel supported. It was hard to share, but I’m glad that I did because it has allowed me to learn and grow.
Looking in front of the mirror, what would you want to tell yourself?
I would tell myself that my body has been through a lot and has supported me every step of the way. I need to celebrate that and stop being so hard on myself!
