You're one of our Brand Ambassadors, part of the Shapermint Crew! What inspired you to join the Crew?
I am such a big fan of Shapermint! I wanted to join the crew to promote a brand I love and am passionate about!
What do you enjoy most about being on the Crew?I LOVE the products for one! I tell my friends, followers, and anyone who will listen about how Shapermint’s bras changed my life!
How do you want to shape change with us?
I want people to feel GOOD in the skin they’re in. Whether that means wearing shapewear or going without, I think it’s important always to feel AMAZING.
How do you define body positivity?
Body positivity isn’t about thinking you’re perfect or bringing on toxic positivity. It’s about showing that FAT is beautiful. We spent too many years being shamed by the media and those around us that the biggest and best way to say “to heck with that!” is literally to just LOVE YOURSELF & THE SKIN YOU'RE IN.” 💛 - Itzel
How does Shapermint help you celebrate your shape?
Shapermint helps enhance all the best parts of our body and I love that! It truly makes me feel supported in my body!
Self-love is especially important. Do you have any particular rituals or routines that spark self-love?I know it might sound crazy but SHOPPING! I love pampering myself by shopping and getting an outfit that makes me feel TOP TIER.
We absolutely love the fact that you use social media as a liberating force to celebrate body positivity and other movers & shapers out there. Are there any women on social media who inspire you to be your best self?
Literally, every single woman I follow on social media inspires me to be MY best self, motivates me, and/or inspires me in every single way.
What is your favorite Shapermint essential? How do you like to style it?
I will scream it from the rooftops: TRUEKIND DAILY COMFORT WIRELESS SHAPER BRA is THAT GIRL! If you see me out and about, 9/10 I’m wearing that bra.
Something small would be making a homemade loaf of bread! I always thought baking and cooking was such an impossible task but it was actually quite easy (with a bread maker!)
