On May 23 and June 13, Shapermint hosted an exclusive mindfulness session led by Dr. Nicole Garner Scott of Breath in Money at Fort Lauderdale Beach in Florida. This event combined the power of yoga, self-love, and body positivity into a transformative and inspiring experience for everyone attending.
