Because I HATE wearing a bra every since my surgery and these tank tops provide enough support I haven't written a bra since I bought them. It's as good for the back as for the tummy. I feel like my back is more solid and straight. I think I noticed a little difference with my body at the bottom of my chest. It seems to have flatten a little and same thing at the bottom of my belly, each side of the body. I hope this can continue to flatten because I really have a big belly. I feel in better shape when I wear the tank cami. It's just the right size, XL. I like the compression too. It's really a high quality fabric. Thank you very much. I recommend this to others.
