For starters the purchasing process was a bit misleading and felt a little predatory, I wanted to purchase one bra to try it out and at every click there was an offer for something else, finally the last offer was by one get one free which was not the case I ended up having to go through the refund process immediately for the additional bra I thought was free. The refund process went smooth however. Delivery was fine, the product gets an A for comfort but is lacking in the support area maybe having the option of wire/boning and wireless would appeal to more women. Lastly I’ve only had the bra for a week or less and the strap has already came apart.
