Ok ladies. First let me start by saying I was so nervous about sizing. Pre quarantine weight 160 I'm 5'6 I usually wear med with ease.2 months, stress and being idle- all my fault :( I've gained 15lbs ikikik. Anyway I ordered medium, got them today and i used them for working out -for me 👍 I walked 3 miles did jump rope with very little roll down and alot of sweat. So far so good.
