Method

  1. Start by heating the canola oil in a pan over high heat. Combine the chicken, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned.
  2. Next, mix in the heavy cream, parmesan, and pesto. Stir until evenly combined.
  3. Then, bring it to a boil and cook until the sauce has reduced — it should take about 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Toss in the pasta and cherry tomatoes. Stir until they’re evenly coated and remove the pan from heat.
